The fancy new restaurant, Bellagio, boasts of three cuisines on separate floors under different restaurant names. There's a cafe in the ground floor and a lounge called By The Way on the first floor. The second floor is where Indian cuisine is served and it's called Soul Curry. On the third floor is a Chinese restaurant, Red. There seems to be no diminishing the popularity of Chinese cuisine, even if it be with an Indian touch. Red has a live cooking station, where customers can have their dishes tweaked to their individual preference.
